Refunds - All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
Tracking - Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.
Shipping - Shipping times are 7-10 calendar days after you place your order. We do ship both domestically and internationally. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@playgasms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
